Senior Process Engineer (Chemical Engineer)

As a member of our team, the ideal candidate will have direct responsibility in the following areas:

  • development of electroplating, stripping, and etching processes
  • providing technical support in fabrication of wafer scale electronic circuit and wafer bumping process.

Reqs. Ph.D. (or all but dissertation) in chemical engineering, material engineering, or related with 3+ yrs exp. in R&D. Experience must include electroplating process development; research experience on electrodeposition processes; teaching experience or experience training customers; experience using SEM, AFM, or XRF; knowledge of process development and chemical analytical techniques, as well as interfacial electrochemistry and solid state physics.
