Technical Training Overview
Training Objective
"Best practices" product operation, maintenance, and repair are critical to success. NEXX is proud to offer a comprehensive range of world-class training programs for operation and maintenance of our products targeted toward maximizing uptime and overall equipment performance. Dedicated professionals are prepared to assist you in developing plans to accommodate your knowledge acquisition and personnel management strategies.
NEXX offers a variety of standardized training programs.
- System Operator, Level 1 Maintenance, Level 2 Maintenance
- Pre-scheduled to meet customer demands
- Average two weeks in duration
- Small class sizes offer individualized training
- Conducted in a dedicated training facility by a PBET-certified trainer
Payment Options
At the Customer's option, training may be paid for through the use of training credits provided with the purchase of new equipment or by paying the standard, prevailing rate per week for each student.
Training credits are issued with each new equipment purchase and may be redeemed solely during the warranty period, or up to 18 months after the delivery of equipment, whichever ends first. Training credits are not transferable. Each training credit is equivalent to one week of training per person. Additional training can be purchased at the prevailing price set by NEXX's Training Department. Training credits may only be used for standard training courses conducted at NEXX's Billerica, MA. training facility.
Should a customer require "on-site" training, NEXX's standard published courses may be purchased at the prevailing price per person. Such training shall also be subject to travel expenses for the trainer. Any customized preparation required shall be subject to NEXX's current billing rates. NEXX may consider requests for customized "on-site" training class when resource materials are available. Customized "on-site" training will be quoted separately.
Catalog, Schedule and Registration
Consult the course catalog to find the class or classes of interest, then check the class schedule to select an already scheduled class. Complete the registration and request form and submit. Class sizes are limited; confirmation will be made based on availability.
The registration form may be used either to enroll into an existing class or to request a class be placed on the schedule.
